Being an ICF ACC credential holder equips Dr. Girdhar with rigorous coaching training program and ensures practicing coaching competencies and coaching ethics in her practice.

Positive Psychology Coach

Dr. Girdhar has earned her certification from Positive Acorn, USA, under the mentorship of Dr. Robert Biswas Diener (listed in world top 50 coaches). Her training included coaching skills, professional ethics, scientific literacy and positive psychology frameworks, assessments and techniques.

Transformational Speaker

Meenakshi is been a transformational speaker both at national and international level, in various academic and corporate settings. Her public speaking is amalgamation of her own research study, her personal life, the experiences gained through day to day life, and insights gained through the positive psychology researches.

Researcher

During her doctoral study, Meenakshi has been a part of various pilot projects in the field of positive mental health. She has adapted an international tool Problem Solving Inventory by Paul Heppner (with author’s permission) for Indian adolescents, NCR region, in both English and Hindi language. Also, her research acumen includes development and validation of a rating scale on mental hygiene practices (a platform to develop mental health) among NCR, Indian adolescents.

Dr. Girdhar had worked in the capacity of Assistant Professor with prestigious institutes, NIEPA ( regional institute of NCERT, Shillong) and G. D. Goenka University Gurugram; prior to start coaching as her niche.
