What is Coaching?
Coaching can be defined with 5 C’s. It is a Collaborative, Communicative and a Customised process to bring a transformation in client under a canopy of Confidentiality and with a Commitment to a mutual accountability.
The transformation of client can occur in either or all of the defined domains of personal, professional, financial, wellness, relationship, and spiritual.
Here, both coach and client are co- active partners in the transformation journey. Where client is the main pilot and coach is the trusted co-pilot, navigating the client through a streamlined and flawless optimal route for reaching the desired goal.
My coaching journey with my clients can be summarised as ‘Call Out Action to Co-pilot towards Harmonious Insightful and Noteworthy Goal’ of the Client.
Why do I need Coaching?
To understand it, let’s sail through the following example.
We go for servicing our cars that are in running conditions, having a few malfunctioning but definitely not the dumped ones. Similarly, the client approaches a coach with all the resourcefulness but having a chaos around multiple inner voices and lack of spark, needed for achieving desired goals. Through the coaching process, the client wants to get equipped with an objective outlook towards his own vision, values, interests, goals and strengths and glance the new possibilities under the coach’s assistance.

How long does coaching take?
The duration varies based on your goals and circumstances. Some clients achieve their objectives in 3 months, while others benefit from longer engagements. We’ll discuss realistic timeframes during our initial conversations and can adjust as needed.
What happens between sessions?
You’ll implement strategies discussed in sessions, complete agreed-upon actions, reflect on your progress, and may reach out with questions or updates. The real transformation happens in your daily life between our meetings.
How do I know if coaching will work for me?

Are sessions in-person or virtual?
Sessions are available both virtually (via secure video conferencing) and in-person [if applicable]. Virtual sessions offer convenience and flexibility while maintaining the same quality and impact.
Is coaching confidential?
Absolutely. Everything shared in coaching sessions is completely confidential, with rare exceptions related to safety concerns (as outlined in our coaching agreement).
What if I need to reschedule a session?
Life happens. Sessions can be rescheduled with 24-hour notice. Details are provided in our coaching agreement.
Do you offer refunds?
Given the personalized nature of coaching, fees are generally non-refundable once sessions begin.
